The Human Resources Generalist Senior is an intermediate level position responsible for delivering day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. This role aims to provide a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers, increasing process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent policies and practices are followed.
- Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, assessing risks and taking appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities, driving delivery and implementation of HR solutions.
- Ensure escalated client/employee issues are resolved with urgency, adhering to employment policies and practices.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including HRA, manager, employee, Employee Relations (ER), Legal, and maintain partnerships to foster trust and accountability.
- Resolve moderately complex HR issues, consulting with managers when necessary.
- Assist larger or more complex employee populations and participate in cross-Citi projects.
- Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy, operating with limited direct supervision.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of applicable US Employment laws
- Working knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Rupee 12,50,000 - Rupee 18,00,000 per annum
