AWS Systems Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AWS Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS services such as Amazon Connect, Lambda, and CloudWatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CCP using the AWS Management Console
  • Monitor and log performance and activity metrics using Amazon CloudWatch
  • Manage user permissions and access control using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Integrate microservices using AWS Lambda and Step Functions
  • Build conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and backend integration using AWS Lambda
  • Process real-time data using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams and AWS Lambda
  • Analyze customer conversations using AWS Contact Lens
  • Store conversation transcripts and analysis results in Amazon S3

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in AWS management and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of AWS services such as Amazon Connect, Lambda, and CloudWatch
  • Experience with microservices integration and serverless workflows
  • Knowledge of Avaya Aura CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, and NICE
