Cloud Security Professional

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture, as well as expertise in deploying, managing, and optimizing AWS services.

  • Utilizing a range of AWS services (VPC, EC2, RDS, ELB, S3, AWS CLI, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, AWS Config, Kinesis, Route 53, Dynamo DB, and SNS) to design and implement secure cloud solutions.
  • Designing and implementing identity and access management (IAM) controls to securely manage user and system access.
  • Collaborating with cloud architects and developers to create security solutions for cloud environments by designing security controls and ensuring they are integrated into cloud platforms.
  • Monitoring cloud environments for suspicious activities and threats using tools like SIEM systems.
  • Automating cloud security processes using tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Platform Engineer with a strong focus on AWS.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, ECS, and others.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
