Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:
A key position at ekincare, the fastest-growing health benefits platform in India, that requires high energy and passion for growing business and making an impact by building strong relationships with clients.
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our corporate clients to help them adopt all areas of our product while delivering insights and recommendations that result in measurable client value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage clients portfolios to sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Be the bridge and the only source of information exchange between the client and the organization.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and hold product demonstrations for customers.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure to handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
- Minimize customer churn and aid in product design and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- MBA graduate or pursuing from any university/business school/top college.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project Management Ability and a Proactive Approach.
- Should be open to work in the field for in-person client meetings/events.
