Job Overview

We are seeking an expert in network connectivity and technical support for our offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Mac and Windows environments, JAMF, AVD, MDM, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide robust end-user support for offshore teams.

  • Analyze and resolve networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of IT infrastructure or technical support experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience managing JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments.
  • Deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Proficient in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune).
  • Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN.
