Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our pediatric therapy team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a Master of Occupational Therapy degree, be licensed, and possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed OT assessments, develop personalized therapy plans, and provide regular progress updates to parents.
  • Collaborate closely with families to create effective home-based intervention strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality sessions that foster client retention and satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior therapists through feedback, coaching, and training opportunities.
  • Identify and implement new tools, techniques, and resources to enhance therapy outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to drive organizational success.
  • Participate in workshops, outreach, and awareness events to support organizational goals.
