Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee corporate office interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project timelines in alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain quality control, adhering to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor contractor and vendor performance, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders for effective communication and project progress updates.
  • Track project costs, materials usage, and report any variances.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular project status reports to management and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management).
  • 5–8 years of experience managing corporate office interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and industry-specific software.
