  • A minimum of 14 years' experience as a Project and Construction Manager in civil and interior works execution is required, preferably with experience in retail showrooms, hotels, and commercial interiors.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing civil, interior work, and MEP works, inspecting interior fit outs, finishes, FF&E, loose furniture, and comparing them with drawings and specifications.
  • You will measure and check building materials in terms of quality, identify defects, and suggest corrections.
  • Monitoring work progress and reporting to the Engineering department are key responsibilities.
  • Assisting the site team and coordinating with the Project Management Office for verification, validation, and certification of bills is also required.
  • Quality assurance and control, preparing snag lists, and ensuring that all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, and contract technical specifications are essential tasks.
  • A working knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT is mandatory.
  • Managing project cost estimation, approvals, site expenses, and coordinating with the Project Management Office are additional responsibilities.
