To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) and a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices, strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies, and exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
