About the Role

This role owns the end-to-end interior design process for projects. You'll work directly with top-tier consultants, internal design managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless design delivery, balancing creativity with execution discipline.

  • No compromise on quality, aesthetics, and functionality at any stage of design or execution.
  • Strong liaising with best-in-class external interior design firms and oversight over a team of 3–5 internal design managers.
  • Seamless collaboration with Sales, Architecture, Construction, and Finishing teams.
  • Regular site supervision to guarantee flawless finishes and snag-free delivery.
Key Responsibilities

You'll lead the design development process with external consultants and internal managers, ensuring all design deliverables align with luxury brand ethos. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Design Leadership & Oversight: Ensure design quality, aesthetic refinement, and functional integrity are upheld.
  2. Consultant & Team Management: Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, build and mentor an internal team, and delegate effectively.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Architectural, Construction, and Finishing teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent.
  4. Site Supervision & Execution Excellence: Maintain an active presence on sites, conduct snagging and quality checks, and uphold standards of precision.
  5. Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering: Balance creativity with commercial sensibility, optimizing designs for cost without diluting luxury experience.
  6. Innovation & Future-Readiness: Bring global best practices, innovative materials, and digital tools into projects to enhance efficiency while maintaining design purity.
