We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to join our team. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of luxury villa projects, from planning and design coordination to construction, interiors, and handover.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and interiors, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality luxury homes and villas on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa projects, including design integration, construction, and interiors.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure precision, quality, and timely execution.
  • Personally monitor site progress through daily visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.
  • Resolve execution challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize costs without diluting design or finish.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 5 years in luxury projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality (villas, resorts, high-end hotels, malls) strongly preferred.
