Job Opportunity
This role is responsible for generating sales revenues by interacting with existing and potential customers. The person will be handling data aggregation, sales quotations, sales conversion, and customer co-ordination.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new enquiries from existing customers through regular communication via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Collect data about potential customers by staying in touch with partner managers of OEMs whose solutions are provided. Also collect relevant customer information through LinkedIn and Google Search.
- Maintain the database on internal templates of the organization.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products based on your growing domain and product knowledge.
- Get relevant prices from vendors (OEMs, Distributors) through Phone, Email, Pricing Tools.
- Co-ordinate with team members to generate and share proposals/quotations.
- Negotiate win-win deals.
- Maintain a profitability ratio as per management guidelines.
- Write professional emails to record all discussions with the customer.
- Be the interface between the customer and our internal operations team from order to payment closure.
- Collect feedback from the customer by connecting with them regularly and maintain a strong relationship.
Measurement Metrics
- # of New Enquiries generated from existing customers per week and per month.
- # of potential customer details aggregated per week and per month.
- # of accounts converted from qualified leads to customers, per week and per month.
- Revenue generated per month - from existing and new customers.
Requirements
- Freshers or people with up to 5 years experience in Sales, preferably in the IT Hardware field.
