Competitive Salary: ₹ 30 LPA (₹ 3000000 per month)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in corporate clients for General Insurance/Reinsurance. The ideal candidate should be able to start immediately or within a week and reside in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling effective communication and demonstration to clients and business associates.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads, engage in business discussions, sign agreements, and operationalize business ties.
  • Documentation: Ensure seamless documentation processes for tie-ups, proposals, presentations, and agreements.
  • Business Development: Design and implement efficient business systems and processes for account operationalization.
  • Budget Evaluation: Assess the potential of new business opportunities, forecast future performance, and present evaluations of business prospects.
  • Strategic Alliances: Foster strategic partnerships with clients to expand revenue-generating services and networks.
  • Sales Channel Enhancement: Collaborate with Business Heads to develop and improve sales channels, enhancing product line sales.
  • Grievance Handling: Address team member concerns and involve the CEO when necessary.
