Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clients and Partners Director to develop and maintain strong relationships with our key enterprise clients. This senior role involves acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and build trust through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Represent the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives using data-driven insights.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, and translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively and make informed recommendations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce and Zoho, and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology; MBA is an advantage.
