Job Title: Account Manager Implementation Partners.

A highly experienced professional is required to manage and grow existing implementation partner accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing complex recruitment strategies to meet client needs, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at implementation partners, identifying new business opportunities and growing the account pipeline, analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the hiring process and client satisfaction, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing implementation partner accounts
  • Develop and execute complex recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights
Requirements
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple large accounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with implementation partners MSP or in a similar industry
  • Hands-on in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts
