Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing and be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting brand growth.

The successful candidate will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad. They will generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.

In this role, you will identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities. You will also coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing/sales in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
