  • We seek an Advanced Hardware Engineer who can design and develop electronic systems with exceptional skills in electronics troubleshooting and testing.
  • The ideal candidate will utilize strong knowledge of high-speed microprocessors, architectural circuit design, and different micro-controller circuit designs.
  • He/She will apply analog and digital circuit knowledge for circuit simulations.
  • Experience in power over line communications and fault detection is essential.
  • The successful candidate will estimate hardware design tasks, identify risks, and plan development.
  • Proficiency at creating, interpreting, and reviewing electrical schematics is required.
  • Strong knowledge in SPI, I2C, USB, 232/485 Serial, and Ethernet interface designs is necessary.
  • Familiarity with PCB materials, fabrication processes, and assembly/manufacturing knowledge of PCB/PCBA and DFX methods/definitions is necessary.
  • Extensive experience using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, variac load resistors, AC/DC supplies.
  • Proficiency in using PCB CAD and circuit simulators and analysis tools – Mentor Graphics, SPICE, PSPICE, and HSPICE.
  • The candidate will coordinate with software/Firmware teams on designs and development of products and systems.
  • A highly self-motivated individual with a strong multi-disciplinary background is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
