Manufacturing Manager Position Overview

The Strategic Electronics Business Unit is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the production team in achieving company goals.

  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including export sales coordination and meeting sales plan targets.
  • Maintain quality standards by developing methods and systems to address potential issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure personnel, materials, and machine safety while providing support to new product development and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate export sales and meet sales plan targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality, quantity, and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess at least 15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent presentation, negotiation, and team management abilities.
