About the Opportunity
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of expertise and experience. We are seeking an exceptional individual who can work closely with our leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, make key decisions, and execute critical projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, work across functions simultaneously, and ensure alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums hosted by Giakaa Capital.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders including investors, partners, and policymakers.
- Act as a central point of communication and ensure follow-through on commitments across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy, or startup roles.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including events or large-scale initiatives.
- High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
