Job Description

As a seasoned technology professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of dynamic pricing powered by artificial intelligence and big data. Our Software-as-a-Service products are utilized globally across various industries, including retail, e-commerce, travel, entertainment, and cinemas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish division-wide standards for web development technologies and methodologies
  • Collaborate with the analytics team and business partners to propose and develop solutions that balance speed and long-term maintainability
  • Lead a results-oriented tech team using expertise in technical sales engineering in cloud computing environments, big data, machine learning, and numerical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB)
  • Design, build, and integrate cloud contact center platforms with external systems or fulfill customer requirements using cloud platform APIs and services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customer technical and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using partner vendor platforms
  • Mentor team members, probe into technical details, and encourage others to do the same
  • Oversee the overall look and feel (UI/UX) of all customer-facing applications in accordance with jointly set standards
  • Deliver technical pitches and presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of full-stack experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a start-up environment or fast-growing company
  • 4+ years of experience programming (e.g., Java, .Net)
  • 3+ years of experience using RESTful APIs (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, .NetCore, NodeJS)
  • 3+ years of experience with developing Microservices
  • 2+ years of experience with UI development (e.g., Angular, React, Node.JS, JavaScript)
  • Strong practical knowledge of designing user interfaces and taking into account user experience (UI/UX)
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, jQuery, Vue
  • Proficiency in backend programming in Python (Django/Flask)
  • Adherence to agile development methodologies, including CI/CD (Jenkins)
  • Proficiency in designing/consuming RESTful services (JSON)
  • Fluency in consuming data from SQL databases and/or analytics platforms
  • Fluency with Cloud-based infrastructure (preferably AWS)
