Business Development Representative for Industrial Solutions

Greetings, we are urgently seeking a seasoned Sales Officer to join our team at 2coms in Lajpat Nagar. Our client is India's most reliable full-truck freight marketplace connecting shippers to truckers nationwide.
Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sales Officer with a background in industrial products to generate leads, manage client relationships, and drive sales. The role involves engaging with B2B clients, presenting industrial solutions, and closing deals.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects through calls, emails, and research.
- Sales Development: Conduct product demos, present solutions, and address client needs.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Closing: Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage post-sale activities.
- Pipeline Management: Track sales activities, update CRM, and forecast sales.
- Experience: 1-6 years in inside sales, preferably with industrial product knowledge.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
- Preferred: Experience with industrial machinery or B2B sales.
