Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at TraviYo, a leading provider of technology, marketing, and mentorship solutions for travel professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating deep customer insights, supporting sales operations, and delivering high-quality proposals to clients.
About the Role- Organize data and create actionable insights to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop key planning and operations strategies that align with business objectives.
- Design and implement attainment plans, sales incentives, and territory analysis to maximize sales performance.
- Provide pricing and contract support by crafting competitive proposals that meet client needs.
- Analyze key sales and business performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and drive sales growth.
- Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support, preferably in the IT Services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Working knowledge of communication and lead generation strategies.
- Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strong networker/relationship builder.
