At our organization, we seek an exceptional Project Manager to spearhead Distributed/Ground Mount/Rooftop Solar Projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide training and guidance on solar project operations and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect project progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the solar industry, with expertise in project planning and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with solar plant operation and maintenance, including construction, commissioning, and inspection.
