Technical Delivery Manager - .NET

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader with expertise in .NET and Microsoft Azure to drive the end-to-end delivery of cloud-native and enterprise applications.

This role requires strong technical leadership, project governance, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

  • Own and manage multiple .NET and Azure-based projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to technical excellence.
  • Provide technical guidance on solution architecture, cloud adoption, API integrations, and application modernization.
  • Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Lead development teams on best practices for .NET Core, microservices, REST APIs, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, and Identity management.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and performance best practices in Azure cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation within delivery teams.
  • Monitor KPIs, track risks/issues, and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Manage vendor/partner engagements for cloud and third-party integrations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of IT project/program delivery experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical delivery management role.
  • Strong hands-on background in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications using Azure services.
  • Familiarity with containerization, DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API-first design.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or PMP/SAFe are a plus.
