Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our international customer service team as a Customer Service Representative.

  • This role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats from global clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, complaints, and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

To be successful in this position, you should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, a minimum HSC/Graduate degree in any discipline, and 0-3 years of experience in an international voice or non-voice process.

You will also need to possess strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office, email, and CRM tools. Additionally, you must be able to work effectively under pressure, multitask efficiently, and maintain a customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0-3 years in an international voice or non-voice process.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication is a must.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric with a problem-solving attitude.
