  • Verification and validation proficiency, including lab and flight test analysis, is crucial.
  • Design of experiments and test case creation experience is beneficial.
  • Complex project management and delivery ability is a must.
  • Technical specification writing skills at equipment and system levels are necessary.
  • Software/systems engineering expertise, particularly in integration and verification testing, is essential.
  • Aerospace background with familiarity with industry standards is necessary.
