Pricing Specialist Role

Drive strategic pricing initiatives as a key member of our Global Sales Operations team. In this exciting opportunity, you will develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in sales tools.
  • Create pricing strategies that meet business goals and optimize revenue streams.
  • Conduct market analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models to inform pricing decisions.
  • Provide timely pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to price new products, accessories, and spare parts effectively.
  • Deliver pricing reports and KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
  • Train stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in pricing management (preferably pump industry or similar).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
  • Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
