Job Overview

As a Sr. Director of Recruitment, you will lead the way in talent acquisition, ensuring that our organization is headed in the right direction to achieve its strategic objectives.

  • Drive successful BPO recruitment cycles and support roles across multiple centers.
  • Determine team composition and develop strategies for sustained growth in new and existing markets.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, providing feedback on performance and expectations for future quarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead partner for hiring managers and site directors to create and refine recruitment strategy.
  • Provide market analysis and compensation benchmarks as needed.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for recruitment technology systems and internal operations.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in people management, employee development, and creating/recruiting processes and workflow.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and high emotional intelligence.
  • At least 10 years of experience designing, building, and leading quality talent acquisition functions in high-volume recruiting environments.
