Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team of experts in delivering cutting-edge business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. As a Senior Power Apps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing modern, efficient, and user-friendly replacements for legacy InfoPath forms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint, with a proven ability to architect innovative solutions, drive governance, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in end-to-end migration of legacy forms into Power Apps, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and implement complex Power Apps solutions (Canvas & Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to streamline processes and reduce manual effort, thereby improving overall work quality and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes that align with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint to safeguard business data and maintain a high level of system reliability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations to ensure smooth system performance and minimize downtime.
  • Document technical solutions, migration strategies, workflows, and governance policies for long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  • Design and optimize Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights and support reporting and analytics needs, enabling informed business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of successfully migrating legacy forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premise development and customization.
  • Proven experience with ShareGate for SharePoint migration.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with SPFx, React/TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
