As a valued member of our HR team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
Database Management: Update company databases with new employee contact information and employment details.
Candidate Screening: Review potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for our job vacancies.
Interview Coordination: Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Job Advertising: Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
Talent Acquisition: Connect with agencies for hiring talent.
Event Planning: Assist in planning company events.
Offer and Rejection Letters: Prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Policies and Documents: Prepare policies and documents.
New Hire Orientation: Coordinate new hire orientations.
HR Support: Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Administrative and Organizational Skills: Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English language.
