Client Service and Transaction Support Associate

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves performing routine and non-routine tasks, interacting with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities include processing account-related transactions according to scheduled events or client direction, following established procedures and protocols. The successful candidate will also manage situations that require adaptation of response or extensive research, escalating complex situations to senior colleagues when necessary.

A minimum of 3.5 years of experience in operations is required, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education. Relevant knowledge of fixed-income securities markets, money market, derivatives, and capital market is essential.

Technical proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, as well as strong oral and written communication skills in English. Problem-solving orientation, client focus, efficiency, proactivity, and de-escalating abilities are also crucial.

Self-management skills, including efficient time management, adherence to internal control guidelines, and ability to take on special tasks when required, are highly valued.
