TLM Reconciliation Specialist

Job Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled TLM reconciliation specialist to manage transaction lifecycle management systems, focusing on reconciliation workflows, exception management, and data matching rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TLM Configuration and Support: Configure and support TLM reconciliations in TLM 2.7 and TLM Recs Premium environments.
  • Reconciliation Expertise: Provide expertise in reconciliation workflows, exception management, and data matching rules.
  • TLM Migration and Implementation: Support the migration and implementation of TLM 3.0 solutions.
  • Collaborative Analysis: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze and resolve reconciliation breaks.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Perform data analysis and extract insights using SQL and Unix scripting.
  • Financial Process Management: Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation processes for financial products and systems.
  • Documentation and System Maintenance: Document functional and technical specifications and maintain system configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in TLM reconciliations.
  • Strong expertise in TLM 2.7, TLM Recs Premium, and exposure to TLM 3.0.
  • Functional knowledge of reconciliation processes, accounting principles, and product operations.
  • Proficient in Oracle, Unix, and SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in financial services or banking operations.
  • Exposure to automation and optimization in reconciliation systems.
