Job Title: Statistical Programmer Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Statistical Programmer Lead to join our team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for developing process methodologies to meet internal and external clients' needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement complex studies, including programming, testing, and documentation of statistical programs.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership to the department, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Directly communicate with internal and client statisticians and clinical team members to ensure effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in statistical programming.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics, programming languages, and clinical drug development processes.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
