**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented Sales Professional to lead our agency sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and growing primary agency relationships from the executive level down to specific account teams, including business directors and performance and digital leads.

You will engage in joint business planning with agency executives, offering consultative services to help grow their broader business, ensuring organization is seen as a key partner to their organization. The ideal candidate will have a graduate or MBA degree with 3-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency account management.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,300,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
