Job Title: Invoicing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an Invoicing Specialist to join our team. As an Invoicing Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for our operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices to customers
  • Meeting invoice delivery timelines
  • Entering invoices into customer invoicing websites
  • Submitting invoices electronically via data interchange
  • Understanding key areas in invoicing specific to each customer
  • Checking each field on invoices before submission
  • Ensuring all support and backup documentation is attached to invoices
  • Updating invoice submission status in Navision
  • Maintaining invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files
  • Collaborating with the payroll and invoicing team to accelerate the invoice submission process
  • Sending out statements of accounts to customers
  • Reconciling self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets
  • Handling invoice rejections and credit/rebills

Requirements:

To be successful as an Invoicing Specialist, you will need:

  • A commerce or finance background
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Good analytical and logical skills
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1.5 years of relevant experience in invoicing
