Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact professional to lead end-to-end Incentive Compensation (IC) management, including design, analytics, operations, and platform innovation.

This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented solutions that meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development: Lead talent development initiatives to train, develop, and manage teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Incentive Compensation Design & Analytics: Develop IC design solutions, create analytics frameworks to evaluate IC outcomes relative to business goals, and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance protocols.
  • Operational Excellence and Delivery: Deliver high-quality IC program operations ensuring quality, scalability, and operational efficiency, while promoting best practices in Incentive systems and quality control.
  • Automation & AI: Lead automation initiatives across Incentive Strategy and Operations capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree & 10+ years of experience in IC strategy and operations or Bachelors degree & 12+ years of experience in IC strategy and operations.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience directly managing people, teams, projects, programs, and directing the allocation of resources.
