Job Title: Oracle ICM Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient professional to support and optimize our Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle ICM applications, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of commissions and incentive payments.

This role will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and Finance to deliver scalable solutions that support strategic objectives.

About This Role:

  • Configure and maintain Oracle ICM modules including plan setup, participant configuration, crediting, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and IT to design and implement compensation plans and business rules.
  • Analyse compensation data and system outputs to ensure data accuracy and timely payouts.
  • Manage ICM system upgrades, enhancements, and integration points with upstream/downstream systems.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders to monitor compensation metrics and performance indicators.
  • Support end-user training and documentation for incentive compensation tools and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ICM-related issues, working closely with Oracle support when needed.
  • Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and system data.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Oracle ICM or other incentive compensation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation structures, including commission plans, quotas, and accelerators.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
