Service Delivery Manager - Painting Services

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our painting services team. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of painting projects, ensuring high-quality results, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service operations, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach. They will be responsible for developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that services are delivered to clients' satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement SOPs for painting projects, monitor project timelines, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Business Development & Strategy: Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the home painting services market. Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies tailored to the home painting services segment.
  • Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction: Monitor NPS, implement a quality control process, and resolve customer complaints or issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Training & Development: Organize training sessions for Managers and Associates to ensure that the team is well-versed in internal practices, current industry best practices, new products, and safety standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving painting service business and operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs for service-based businesses.
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving sales, revenue, and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
