
Front Desk Associate

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk operations, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues they may have.
- Front Desk Operations: Check-in and check-out guests, process payments, and handle any other related tasks.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and guests to ensure seamless operation of the front desk.
- Housekeeping: Liaise with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests.
- Security: Monitor the front desk area and report any security concerns or incidents to management.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic math skills, and proficiency in hotel software systems.
