
Front Desk Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage the front desk of our hospital. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling inquiries, appointments, and coordination with medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting patients and visitors courteously
- Manage phone calls and route them efficiently
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments in a timely manner
- Register patients and update information accurately in the system
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate records
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and departments
- Process billing and issue receipts as needed
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming
- 12th pass or Graduate (preferably)
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital/clinic setup
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and Hospital Software
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and multitask efficiently
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered attitude
- Proficiency in using computers, office software (MS Office), and hospital management systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time well
- Good organizational skills
