Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator with experience in configuring and managing contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Maintain Contracts: Set up and maintain contract types, templates, and clause libraries within the Icertis platform.
  • Modify Configuration Keys and Business Rules: Align configuration keys, business rules, and workflow logic with business requirements.
  • Manage Security and Access Controls: Set up and maintain security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls.
  • Master Data Management: Manage and update master data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs.
  • P2P Integrations: Support seamless data flow between Icertis and ERP systems through P2P integrations.
  • Document Associations: Create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities.
  • Bulk Actions: Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance.
