Senior Banking Operations Manager

Job Summary:

A Senior Banking Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the treasury team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial activities within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly projected cash flow and working capital statement.
  • Management of various bank account operations worldwide.
  • Experience in handling bank loan processes and compliance.
  • Knowledge in hedging and accounting.
  • Review of detailed reports on payments and collections.
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  • Verification of master data for vendors and employees related to bank information.
  • Analysis and control over general ledger accounts for banks, foreign exchange, and intercompany transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CA or MBA with 7-10 years of work experience in banking operations.
  • Highly competent and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of internal process control and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience in Power BI and SAP FICO module is an added advantage.
