Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead our testing strategy, planning, and execution for core banking implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions by managing testing teams, defining test strategies, and ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Testing Teams: Manage onsite and offshore testing teams across different phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business, development, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Define Test Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios to validate business requirements and system design.
  • Ensure Defect Management: Effectively manage defects, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Provide Progress Reporting: Deliver regular test progress reports, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in IT or related field with 12+ years of experience in IT testing, including at least 6-8 years in core banking testing projects.
  • Core Banking Expertise: Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS versions 11.x - 14.x).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of banking operations, Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, REST APIs, microservices, batch processing, and automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.).
