Senior Software Test Engineer

We are seeking experienced Automation Architects to drive test automation strategies and improve quality assurance productivity.
- Minimum of 17-20 years of experience in Test Automation with hands-on experience in Selenium, UFT, Web Services, Soap UI, and API testing.
Proficient in Core Java with strong analytical skills to design and contribute to the architecture of automation projects. Promote best practices and assist in ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure effective and efficient test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Assess problem statements and arrive at innovative solutions leading the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Work with teams on automation strategy and toolkit selection, perform code reviews, and verify coding standards are being met.
Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers and work with peer discipline leads in Development, Quality Assurance, and Project Management.
Experience in BDD Tools like JBehave or Cucumber, CI Tools like Jenkins, Database testing, Build tools like Gradle or Maven, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Airlines ecommerce Automation testing experience and transitioning automation activities from other teams or vendors are added advantages.
