The Quality Assurance Engineer role involves developing, modifying and executing software test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing. This position requires debugging software products through systematic tests to ensure and maintain quality standards for products.

  • This includes designing and implementing automated and manual test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Developing, maintaining and executing functional, regression and integration test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Creating and running automation test scripts using Tosca, as well as conducting API testing using Tosca.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and story refinement, contributing QA insights early in the development cycle.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, as well as experience working with automated testing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Maintain and execute functional, regression and integration test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Create and run automation test scripts using Tosca.
  • Conduct API testing using Tosca.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute QA insights during sprint planning.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a balance of both test automation and manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment.
Other Qualifications:
  • Preferred certifications: TOSCA Certification (TA1 or equivalent) or Salesforce Certification such as Administrator.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
