Job Title: Test / QA LeadDescription:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to spearhead the implementation of our Core Banking project. This pivotal role involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation goals and be able to develop effective QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks. They will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to validate requirements, identify defects, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.

This exciting opportunity presents a chance to leverage advanced knowledge of functional architecture and experience in managing implementations of digital core systems. The successful candidate will also mentor QA teams across onsite/offshore locations and contribute to the transformation of core banking applications to the next version.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery across all phases.
