As a Financial Transformation Specialist, you will lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions for clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to assess, design, and deploy financial management systems that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including AR, GL, CM, and RM
  • Developing custom solutions for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions
  • Managing industry-specific accelerators and best practices for faster delivery
  • Collaborating with the team to drive continuous development and upskilling

You will also be responsible for:

  • Expanding into new areas of technology expertise and ecosystems beyond Oracle
  • Proactively tracking and resolving functional and technical issues during implementations
  • Driving solutions to complex business problems and advocating for scalable solutions

To succeed in this role, you will need strong skills in financial management, software implementation, and project leadership. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential.
