Expert Financial Transformation Lead

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for financial transformation projects, incorporating Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Partner with clients to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions to address their needs.
  • Lead the hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, Fusion Tax, AP, AR, CM) and work with stakeholders to ensure configurations align with business objectives.
  • Design and implement custom solutions across reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.
  • Manage the development of industry-specific accelerators, templates, best practices, and automation tools to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams, drive knowledge sharing, and upskill team members to become leading experts in financial transformation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new areas of technology expertise and ecosystems beyond Oracle.
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve functional and technical issues during implementation.
  • Owning Oracle Service Requests from initiation to resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, including 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP (Financials, GL, Fusion Tax, AP, AR, CM).
  • Strong background in A2R Accounting to Reporting workstream.
  • Oracle Financials Cloud (General Ledger) Certified Professional (Preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations.
  • Experience with UAT cycles, user training, and documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate with different test teams to execute test cycles.
  • Providing training to end-users and application support teams to manage the business post-go-live.
  • Self-motivated to achieve exceptional service standards, implementation excellence, and timely delivery.
  • Open to travel for client assignments.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent.
