Job Title: Accounts Executive

  • Booking of Purchase Invoices: Process purchase invoices into SAP ensuring proper allocation to cost centers.
  • Trade Receivable Entry: Record trade receivables accurately in the system.
  • Finalization of Purchases & Sales: Finalize purchases, sales, bank receipts, import payments, vendor payments, and account vouchers.
  • Book Recording: Ensure all entries are recorded accurately for financial accounting and reporting.
  • Petty Cash Handling: Manage petty cash transactions ensuring proper documentation.
  • Statutory Audits: Assist with statutory audits ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong experience in SAP for invoice booking and financial entries.
  • Knowledge of statutory audits and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:
