**Position Overview**:
Reporting directly to the CEO or MD, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and risk management. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring the long-term financial health and sustainability of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Strategy**: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors on financial matters.
- **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial targets. Provide ongoing analysis and insights into financial performance to support decision-making.
- **Financial Reporting**: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Capital Management**: Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing. Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions to maximize shareholder value.
- **Treasury Management**: Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability and operational continuity. Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital and minimize risks.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
- **Tax Planning and Compliance**: Oversee tax planning and compliance activities to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Work closely with external tax advisors and authorities as needed.
- **Financial Operations**: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing. Implement efficient and effective financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior finance roles, with at least 7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

**Salary**: ₹569,345.41 - ₹1,672,843.29 per year
